Trade Manufacturer/Supplier Rewards Program

A traditional loyalty program rewarding customers for their purchases of the company’s product.

Incentives exist in the program to increase purchase volume and remain loyal to the supply company . It also provides a simple way for the company to say thanks to their loyal customers.

This program is a business to business sales incentive program offered by a manufacturer to a group of retailers. Once the retailers have purchased over a certain threshold of Dollars they start earning points. e.g.

Rate of Spend (ex GST)  Rate of Points allocated:
< $15,000 0
$15,001 – $35,000 0.50 points for every $1.00 (ex GST) spent
$35,001 – $60,000 0.75 points for every $1.00 (ex GST) spent
$60,001 – >$60,001 1 point for every $1.00 (ex GST) spent.

Shopping for rewards is all done on the website using a secure shopping cart and detailed information relating to deals, points allocated and redemptions is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This type of website based program is very powerful and can be adapted to suit many different types of environments.

Another version and the most popular Program

A traditional loyalty program rewarding customers for their purchases and for paying there accounts on time.  So the customer pays their account on time and the Supplier rewards them with a similar value in points – Depending on what is agreed to when the program is set up but an example is:- Customer owes $1000, this is paid before or on the due date – that customer is then rewarded with points – either 1000 or 500 depending on the value agreed when setting up the program

Staff Performance Management Program

This program is a long term performance management report, support and reward program and can be run for either large corporates or smaller  client. It provides staff of the company with their results for KPI’s each month and team results against specific team targets.

Top performance is rewarded by allocation of points to the staff members online account. Those points can be redeemed immediately for rewards of their choice or accrued to obtain a more valuable reward at a later time.

Implementation of this program has seen a huge lift in staff performance and all teams are on track to achieve their annual targets. The website also tracks performance over time and allow individuals to access information to assist them to improve performance where required.

We currently operate rewards programs and / or fulfilment services for 6 companies in New Zealand & overseas.
